Director Ayan Mukherjee drops in a teaser of the song Kesariya from Brahmastra and confirms #RaAlia's wedding bells. Starting today, the B-town's newest couple will be immersed in pre-wedding rituals in a closed-door gaga at their home.

With the release of their latest film, Brahmastra, a couple is all set with the film promotions, and to top it all off, they are getting married on Thursday, April 14th, 2022. As both of them are well-known actors, they received a lot of love and support from their fans, the media, and other B-Town celebrities. But, after nearly three years of speculation, the day has finally arrived for the two to tie the knot.

Earlier, in an interview with Mid-day in 2018, Ranbir Kapoor discussed the film's status as a trilogy and much more time would be invested.

“Apart from being my best friend and my favorite director, Ayan has worked on this film for six years. He is going to spend the next 10 years of his life on this trilogy. So when the first part is complete, the audience will know it’s not the end. That is something really exciting for me as an actor.”

The unveiling of the 'Brahmastra' logo at the Kumbh Mela was live-streamed on Hotstar and Facebook. Actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, as well as director Ayan Mukerji, attended a light-and-sound show in which 150 drones form various formations ranging from the Indian flag to the film's title and logo. To prepare for the grand logo reveal, the drones went through several levels of checks, simulations, capability tests, formation pre-runs, and light sequencing from a strategically placed take-off and a landing pad at the Sangam point. Special drone pilots were hired to put on this show. It took over 6 months for the planning and execution to come together.

In December 2021, the first look and the motion picture of the film were released. Ranbir Kapoor appears in a never-before-seen avatar in the poster. With a voiceover defining his character Shiva, the visuals lead through a fiery path towards a shadow of Shiva, below which stands Ranbir, holding a Trishul.

Brahmastra billed as a fantasy drama was originally scheduled to be released on August 15, 2019, and will now hit theatres on 9th September 2022. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, and Mouni Roy.

All of these teasers will be dubbed in Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, and Malayalam. The teasers will be released one after the other once they have received permission from the regional censor boards.
